Skijoring thrills crowds at Saskatoon’s optimist hill

Saskatoon’s Optimist Hill hosted a thrilling skijoring exhibition on Saturday, where skiers and snowboarders were pulled by horses for high-speed action. The event, held in partnership with MS Canada, introduced many first-timers to the adrenaline-fueled sport. Riders such as Jillian Montes embraced the excitement, eager for another run. With strong participation and crowd interest, organizers are optimistic skijoring will return next winter.
