Concerns raised about lack of community engagement in Halifax development projects

Some residents are raising concerns around development in Halifax. While they’re not opposed to increasing density, they are frustrated with the lack of community engagement by the city and province. One such development is a proposed set of apartment buildings in Fall River. Angela Capobianco reports.
