Development pressure is being felt right across the province, with B.C. ordering municipalities to increase density, particularly near SkyTrain stations. In Port Moody, that's resulted in plans for more than a dozen towers in the heart of the city. But as Emily Lazatin reports, one councillor is hoping to let voters have their say at the ballot box.
