Former Liberal MP and businessman Frank Baylis wants to replace Justin Trudeau as the new leader of the Federal Liberal party and possibly become the next Prime Minister of Canada. He is the only Quebecer in the leadership race and was the first to throw his hat in the ring. Frank Baylis joins Global News Morning’s host Laura Casella to talk about his bid.
