Alberta education support workers set for strike vote
Description
February 5, 2025
Thousands of education workers across Alberta are set to take a strike vote. The Canadian Union of Public Employees says the vote is part of the plan to escalate job action and get the province to pay its workers a fair wage. As Global’s Craig Momney reports, those working inside schools say they are overdue for a raise.
