The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team is trying to determine the motivation behind an attack that has left a 19-year-old man dead. Abbotsford police were first called to the 29-hundred block of Victoria Street in the early hours of January 27th after witnesses reported a man being beaten and then taken away in a vehicle.
