Speaking in Arlington, Va. officials from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) have confirmed that 55 bodies have been identified of the 67 dead after a fatal collision between a U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter and an American Airlines passenger jet in Washington, D.C. on Jan. 29.
