Newcomer artists brighten Fredericton

Misha Milchenko has led a group of newcomer artists commissioned by the City of Fredericton and the Multicultural Association of Fredericton to paint benches and garbage cans in various locations around the city in order to add some beauty to its trails and parks, and to give the artists a spotlight. Johnny James reports.
