South Korea plane crash: Transport minister resigning after feeling ‘heavy responsibility’

South Korea’s transport minister intends to step down after the deadly Jeju Air plane crash that killed 179 people on Dec. 29. Speaking in Sejong on Tuesday, Park Sang-woo said, “I feel heavy responsibility for this disaster.”
