Lachine tenant feels abandoned by building owner

Tenants in a building in the Lachine borough say they’ve been without heat for more than a month and they don’t know what else to do. They say that despite multiple problems in the building they haven’t heard from the property owner. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, now they’re hoping that the borough will be able to intervene.
