From the archives: B.C. prepares for Y2K!

It’s hard to believe but it’s been 25 years since Y2K.  That’s when people feared a global tech meltdown when the clock ticked over to 2000. Back then the threat was taken seriously. But in B.C., and everywhere else, nothing happened: computers kept running, planes were still in the air. We head to the Global News archive to look back at the local anticipation of the event.
