One of the major ocean ports on the West Coast closed Saturday, after a fire at a coal handling facility at Deltaport. It sent a thick column of black smoke over parts of Delta, with the wind blowing it straight inland. As Julia Foy reports, at one point, every available fire engine in the area was deployed to attack the flames.
