The federal government now says it is deeply concerned by recent reports that Russian forces may have fired a missile and caused that deadly Christmas Day crash landing of an Azerbaijan Airlines passenger plane in Kazakhstan. There is no clear cut evidence yet, but new findings in the crash that killed 38 people are doing little to quell those theories. Reggie Cecchini has the latest.
