Pushback to Notwithstanding Clause request for homeless encampments

There is growing concern over the request of several mayor’s asking the premier step in to address homeless encampments. But, even as dozens of local leaders speak out against using the Notwithstanding Clause, the premier says he’ll do what he can to support the mayor’s requesting it. Matthew Bingley reports.
