The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is warning consumers about E. coli contamination affecting a grocery store staple — whole and baby carrots. Health officials have recalled several popular brands in Canada, after an outbreak in the U.S. was linked to 39 cases, 15 hospitalizations, and at least one death. Touria Izri reports.
