Is legal action coming over a Montreal bike path?

A new bike path in Montreal’s NDG neighbourhood is causing some controversy. Some people say it’s not needed and claim it’s causing traffic headaches for locals. A pro-democracy group wants to sue the city, saying more consultation is needed when installing bike paths. Global’s Amanda Jelowicki reports.
