Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are hitting Iran-backed Hezbollah militants, pummelling parts of Lebanon on Sunday. There are heightened fears right across the Middle East about how U.S. president-elect Donald Trump will deal with Iran and the fighting in the region. Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu revealed he and Trump have already spoken three times since Trump won the presidency, and that the pair see “eye-to-eye” as they seek to strengthen their alliance against Iran.
