In December 2009, Calgary Herald reporter Michelle Lang and four Canadian soldiers were killed after a roadside bomb detonated in Afghanistan. She’s the only Canadian journalist to die in that war. Now her aunt, Catherine, is honouring her with a new book. Heather Yourex-West reports on the heartfelt tribute.
