After making no progress this week, the BC Maritime Employers Association and the union representing locked-out B.C. port foremen have been ordered back to the bargaining table. As Andrea Macpherson reports, that labour dispute has brought container traffic to a standstill at port facilities in Metro Vancouver, Nanaimo and Prince Rupert.
