72-hour strike notice, lockout threat issued at B.C. ports

British Columbia’s ports may again be disrupted by a labor dispute, as the union representing over 700 foremen has issued 72-hour strike notice. As Troy Charles reports, the BC Maritime Employers Association quickly responded, threatening a full-scale lockout.
