Plus, Lebanon’s state-run national news agency said a trio of media staffers in southeast Lebanon were killed when Israel hit a collection of chalets that had been rented by various media outlets. In the U.S., election officials are warning that the result may not be known for days, given how close the race is and millions of mail-in ballots yet to be counted.
