Edmonton crash involving stolen vehicle sends four to hospital

A man has been charged after a high-speed crash where police say a stolen car hit another vehicle carrying two women and a child. The north Edmonton collision sent all four people to hospital and left two cars in crumpled heaps. As Erik Bay tells us, witnesses call the scene ‘chaos.’
