A Surrey man has spent decades entertaining crowds in Canada and other parts of the world with the limbo Dance. Now Clifford Palmer, aka King Fish, is hoping to pass on his skills to younger performers to carry on a cultural tradition. Here’s Jay Durant with this is BC.
