Peachland reduces washroom’s hours over ‘minimal’ vandalism

Peachland, in the Okanagan, has reduced hours at a downtown public toilet, discouraging people from staying in the washroom for warmth. This move prompted criticism from homeless advocates who say the issue of people without a home is no longer limited to the big cities. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
