Gelato theft in Richmond caught on camera

A bizarre and unsanitary theft has been caught on camera at a shop in Richmond along the Steveston Pier. As Troy Charles reports, a man is shown stealing gelato, but it was an employee from a neighbouring business who stepped in to help stop the theft.
