Man distracted on his phone just avoids being hit by a train

A nearly-negligent commuter just narrowly avoided being struck by a train in Buenos Aires, Argentina on Tuesday morning. After walking onto the tracks as the train arrived, he looked up from his phone and jumped back onto the passenger platform at the very last moment. Though he suffered no major injuries, the Argentine Ministry of Transport said the man was hit and knocked his phone out of his hand.
