Toronto audit finds differences between reported work and GPS logs for parks workers

A new investigation by Toronto’s auditor general found a major difference in the work reported by parks department workers, versus what their GPS locators said. City officials are calling for changes to ensure the work taxpayers are expecting, actually happens. Matthew Bingley reports.
