Consumer Matters: Taylor Swift tickets vanish from Ticketmaster account

A B.C. resident is speaking out after he says two Taylor Swift Tickets were stolen from his Ticketmaster account. When the tickets vanished, he contacted Ticketmaster immediately but said he was left going in circles and hit a dead end. Consumer Matter’s reporter Anne Drewa has the story.
