October 1, 2024
Toronto's Parks and Recreation department oversees the operation of the city's aging fleet of ferries. But following recent incidents and concerns over the procurement of infrastructure to support new electric ferries, some are questioning if there needs to be a change in operational oversight. Matthew Bingley reports.
