A closure of the Gardiner Expressway is proving to be a major source of headaches for drivers this weekend. The expressway — already a traffic nightmare due to construction — is completely closed for maintenance and repairs until Sunday morning. The disruptions come as both the Toronto City Hall and Queen’s Park are proposing ways to ease gridlock in the city. Sean O’Shea reports.
