Bloc Québécois vows not to back Conservative non-confidence motion

In Ottawa, the plan by the Liberals to give the opposition a chance to defeat their minority government next week seems to be working out in their favour. Bloc Québécois leader Yves-François Blanchet says he’s not interested in triggering an election and plans to vote with the government. Mackenzie Gray reports.
