One of eight teens accused in the death of Kenneth Lee in Toronto has been sentenced to 15 months supervised probation Monday. A criminal defence lawyer says a number of factors, including the fact that the teen was 13 at the time of the attack, make the sentence ‘not unusual.’ Noor Ra’fat reports.
