Bloc Québécois byelection win in Montreal prompts mixed reactions

There are mixed emotions in southwestern Montreal after the Bloc Québécois won the federal byelection in LaSalle—Émard—Verdun. The Liberal stronghold fell to the separatist party in a crushing defeat for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
