New B.C. guide on how to accommodate individuals with service animals

A new resource guide by the B.C. human rights commissioner’s office is trying to educate taxi drivers and restaurant workers about laws surrounding service animals. As Victoria Femia reports, this comes after a number of instances involving owners being denied entry into a restaurant or cab.
