Questions raised over massive and expensive Metro Vancouver civic project

It is a major Vancouver civic project that’s billions of dollars over budget and will cost taxpayers dearly. As Travis Prasad reports, the North Shore Wastewater Treatment Plant was the focus of local politicians Saturday, as well as an even bigger project that’s in the works.
