DRIPA faces constitutional challenge

A grassroots group is challenging the province’s Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act in court. At the centre is a fight over docks in Pender Harbour on the Sunshine Coast. The dispute has been resolved between the two sides, but the group believes the province went too far. Paul Johnson reports.
