Dutch elm disease causing concern in Edmonton

The City of Edmonton identified its first few cases of Dutch elm disease at the beginning of September. The discovery is concerning as Edmonton has the largest population of unaffected elm trees in the world. Mark Beare joined us on Global News Morning to talk more about it.
