Search and Rescue teams across the province say they are expriencing delays when it comes to approving lift-off of potentially life-saving choppers. The approvals come from the Ministry of Emergency Management and any delays in getting a chopper off the ground could have dire consequences, the groups say. As Emily Lazatin reports, while the two sides are looking to find solutions, search teams want the province to stop questioning their decisions.
