Three days into the labour dispute between workers and the two major rail companies, Canada’s federal labour board has ordered thousands of employees back to work. “This decision by the CIRB sets a dangerous precedent,” said Paul Boucher, president of the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference. “The rights of Canadian workers have been significantly diminished today.” Craig Momney has the details.
