Police watchdog called to Richmond after a man and officer seriously hurt

Thursday night police were called to the 9800 block of Glenthorne Drive in Richmond after a man allegedly set a sign on fire. Police say the man was uncooperative, a struggle ensued, the police officer was stabbed and the man was shot by police.
