U.S. President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris campaigned together for the first time Thursday since Biden announced in an address to the nation that he would no longer seek a second term in office. The two were all smiles in their shared event, with Biden remarking that in his estimation Harris would make “make one hell of a President.”
