Metro Vancouver mayors raise concerns about housing bylaw

West Vancouver, the final hold-out of the province’s housing density bill, has adopted its bylaw after being publicly shamed by the housing minister. But Mayor Mark Sager says the province isn’t holding up its end of the deal, and he’s not the only one who thinks so. Travis Prasad reports.
