Toronto unveils latest rapid housing operators

Toronto is pushing ahead with its next phase of rapid housing developments, including one in Kensington Market which will replace an underused parking lot. While the need for more housing is urgent, some advocates say the speed of approvals still need to match their namesake program. Matthew Bingley reports.
