It’s been four days since chaos erupted in Vancouver’s Dunbar neighbourhood. A massive fire and ensuing crane collapse forced people out of their homes. On Saturday, most of those evacuees have now been allowed home. But, for some, there is no home to return to. Travis Prasad reports on the heels of a rare Saturday update from the City of Vancouver.
