Second Beach dog attack; owner flees the scene

It was a heartbreaking incident that took place near Second Beach earlier this week. A small dog was mauled to death by an allegedly off-leash larger dog who’s owner fled in the aftermath. 3 year old maltipoo, Sky, was just out for a walk with its owners when they found their dog caught in the jaw of the much larger dog.
