A new walking tour through Toronto’s Little Jamaica hosted by Canadian Black Music Archives’ Phil Vassell is making an effort to highlight and preserve the longstanding musical history that exists in the area. Global News’ Kayla McLean joined Phil Vassell on the tour and has more.
