Second World War’s Dieppe Raid remembered with ceremony in Montreal

There are World War II battles which claimed the lives of thousands of Montrealers and that many people in the city know little about. One group from France trying to change that. With that in mind, members arrived in Montreal for a special ceremony. Global’s Phil Carpenter explains.
