Halifax announces 2 new parks for possible encampment locations

Halifax Regional Municipality has officially opened two new designated locations to accommodate the growing number of people sleeping rough. As Global’s Megan King reports, the additional encampment sites will offer supports to people experiencing homelessness— but is no long-term solution.
