Calgary looks to change noise rules for Scotia Place to avoid millions in extra costs

A city committee has given initial approval to change the noise bylaw in Victoria Park around the site for Calgary’s new event centre. As Adam MacVicar reports, officials revealed bringing the design into compliance with the current rules could cost millions.
