Two years after a devastating wildfire destroyed their business in Hammonds Plains, N.S., the operators of a local daycare are now finally able to rebuild. Also tonight, downtown Halifax’s famous Pizza Corner Is starting to look much different these days, but a new restaurant opening in the popular late-night spot will make sure it continues to be a slice of life for many.
